The Volkswagen Passat vs. the Toyota Camry in Richmond

  • For many car shoppers, it's all about price and staying within the budget. At a base price of $21,340, the Volkswagen Passat is nearly $1,800 less than the Toyota Camry. So, if you're looking to save a few bucks, you know which car to choose.
  • If you're looking for legroom, look no further than the Volkswagen Passat. With more legroom in the front and rear than the Toyota Camry, the Passat offers a much more comfortable ride for both the driver and passengers.
  • For tech-lovers, we suggest sticking with the Volkswagen Passat. With the upcoming 2016 model year, select Passat models will come with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Unfortunately for Camry buyers, these options have yet to be added to the list.

The Volkswagen Passat vs. the Honda Accord in Richmond

  • Again, for shoppers looking to save a few, the Volkswagen Passat remains the best option. At a base of $22,105, the Honda Accord will have you spending more than you would if you opted for the Volkswagen Passat.
  • If you're the type of person to put your groceries in the trunk, you're likely to want a car that boasts a hefty amount of cargo room. Thankfully, with 15.9 cubic feet of space, the Volkswagen Passat offers the cargo room you'll need. Unfortunately, the Honda Accord comes up short.
  • For many drivers, having a comfortable seat is a top priority. Fortunately, the Volkswagen Passat comes standard with a driver's seat with adjustable lumber support, unlike the Honda Accord.

The Volkswagen Passat vs. the Ford Fusion in Richmond

  • If you're looking for great gas mileage, the Volkswagen Passat boasts better highway EPA ratings than its Ford competition.
  • At Brown's VW, we take safety features in to consideration when sharing the Volkswagen lineup with our customers. If you're someone who puts safety first, like us, we suggest opting for the Volkswagen Passat to take advantage of its Intelligent Crash Response System. Unfortunately, the Ford Fusion does not come equipped with this Volkswagen exclusive feature.
  • While the Ford Fusion does come with available Ford SYNC technology, it does not come with Apply CarPlay or Android Auto like upcoming Passat models will.
